Welcome to Carrie Smith RMT

My aim is to help you achieve your health goals using massage therapy modalities, education and specific self-care prescriptions. Whether recovering from an injury, reducing overall stress or preparing for an athletic event – I can help.

My specific interest is in helping you get over life’s little bumps, like stress, injury, trauma and pain and to aid you in returning to the things you love to do.

I am a BC Registered Massage Therapist (2000) and 5th year graduated Osteopathy student from the College E’tudes de Osteopathiques, Vancouver campus.

My treatments use a combination of various techniques and modalities selected to best aid your healing from whatever it is that brings you into my office. These include soft tissue release, active release therapy, joint mobilization, visceral and fascial mobilization, osteopathic principals and techniques, cranial manipulation and many others. The treatment is designed to help with your individual body and with your specific needs. There is no one size fits all.

There is a large dog in training on site. Please notify us a time of booking if you want the dog to be in a seperate room while you are here. People with dog allergies are NOT recommended for this clinic.

Conveniently located on Fairdowne Road off Alberni Hwy with easy access from Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Errington, Bowser and Coombs!

About Me

I became a therapist because I love the body, everything about it, how it works, breaks down and how it heals and I wanted to be a part of that system of healing.
